S4 whats it worth ?

i have had an offer for my S4 2001 in Thailand I have owned it since 2005 , motor is now S4r spec almost , Ohlins all round and many other upgrades its done 39,000 miles

I have had an offer of approx £3000 in Thai baht 140,000 ,,,, i also have a lot of valuable brand new spares such as gaskets , belts, rockers, coils , tools body parts etc etc etc and a Complete shim kit for desmo quattro the whole lot of bits could be worth £1000 back in UK .

Im contemplating this sale as I am spending less time in Thailand and i do have the 2022 kawasaki Z900 ,, and im selling of other stuff here too ?

what do you guys think??? as I am thinking I could sell my 750ss in UK in the spring and add the money together I would have about £5-6k in UK then for a more modern bike as well as keeping the M750 as my classic .
