Transport type cafes in Peak District

Always used to go to the transport cafe on the Via Gellia but now you don't get as much for your money as you used to before it changed hands and the place hasnt been open the last couple of times ive ridden past.

Ideally i want somewhere like The Limes on the A614 in Nottinghamshire but in the Dark Peak or thereabouts.

Yonderman's Cafe, Wardlow on the A623 on the way to Chesterfield. Good food and value.

Plenty of cafe's in Matlock Bath.
