Over the uears I have had a lot of stuff from China 80% has been good a few a bit duff but OK

I recently ordered another set of fram slider protectors ,,That i have had before for M750 and S4 ,, but this time the company sent me wrong part it wont fit its 12mm bar not 10mm ,, OK do a return ,

BUT postage from China is on $4.24 on a £22 item wheras from UK cheapest i have been quoted is £ 28.60

Hmmmm!!!!

When you have to return things that are wrongly supplied on eBay, the supplier is liable for the return postage. You open a "return case" and print out the label which is sent by within 24 hours. You get a refund. No problem.

Yes Jez thats normal but in this case there is no return label available from EBAY ??

they say I must pay for the return i think i must open a dispute as order is clearly wrong ..

Yes you are right, something is wrong. Open a dispute to get it sorted, as its the supplier who is clearly at fault. Goodluck.

If that doesn't work out and you paid via your UK PayPal account, you may still be able to recover your postage through their 'Return Shipping on Us' service.

https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mp...ral-conditions

I've used it several times and saved around £50 so it's well worth bearing in mind.

The label is not always available to seller is still liable for postage. You send it back tracked (tell seller how much it costs), they get it back and refund postage plus item fee. If they do not ebay will.
