Local servicing search in Suffolk

I have just become the proud owner of a 2004 S4R in striking blue with white stripe. I live in Hadleigh, Suffolk and would welcome any suggestions as to the place to go to for servicing and any speciised Ducati work within my local area.

Hi Gavsur
The two i would recommend are Carl Harrison in Harleston Norfolk/Suffolk border & Glen Harrison (no relation i believe ) who is Moto V in Colchester .Both have done really good quality work on my S2R .Glen worked at Parkinsons until they folded .
Hope this helps

Welcome to the forum, Gavin!

I lived in one of the malt kiln conversions in Hadleigh 25 years ago, whereabouts are you?

I'm in Bridge Street at the top end of the High Street Chris. Hadleigh is a lovely market town but like a lot of similar towns, continues to grow through constant development.

We were in Maltings Mews off Duke St, at the other end of the High St is the kebab place still there?

Don't know if it's the same Iranian who owned it when I lived down there but he was convinced I was a plod for some reason so I always used to get giant portions - and a cup of Iranian tea which was black and about 50% vodka while I was waiting

Hi Dave, I think the blue and white colour scheme is a good combo. I took the bike out today for the first time since taking delivery with a wonderful 40 mile jaunt through the lanes to Long Melford and Lavenham. Certainly has some grunt when you open the throttle.
The bike has lost the cat box in favour of a straight flow to the standard cans but boy, does it sound good with the occasional exhaust popping on the overrun.
