Take it easy and take the advice. Having had a heart scare last year and spending 10 days in the acutely cardiac ward, I saw a few guys come in with heart attacks. It’s amazing how so,e barely even knew!

went for a 50 mile ride yesterday on the monster all good ,, feeling strong and ready to party , shag and be a nuisance as usual oh and work
