New member from Bristol

Hi everyone, I thought I would say hello.

My name is Sean and I live in Bristol (I would say sunny Bristol, but it usually isn't).

I have been lurking on site for a while now, but thought I would make it official.

I do not currently own a Ducati Monster, but it is the next bike that I am going to buy.

Currently I own a 1978 Honda CB550K3 Cafe Racer, that I have built from the ground up over the past 7 months.

I am looking to purchase a Monster very soon (along the lines of a 900cc) and convert that into a modern Cafe Racer. I think that the Monster is a superb starting point for this.

Sean

Hi Sean

welcome to the club.

There are several people here who love cafe racers and have fitted various bits to their monsters.

Look forward to seeing yours if it is as good as your CB.

Loads happeneing in Hants/Wilts so hopefully see you around at some stage

Cheers
Stuart

You won't find many factory stock Monsters with delivery mileage on them, and after that they tend to evolve......

See you around at one of the Hants&Wilts meets?
