Service quote
Just been quoted £420 for a service on my m695 including belts and valves - is this reasonable? Last service (before I owned it) was 2010 so belts defintately need doing but I have no idea when the valves were last looked (or indeed, how often they need something doing to them).
Its seems a bit more than some of the prices mentioned on here, but I don't know what they included... |

Sounds something about what I would be expecting to pay for a main dealer . Is it ?

I paid £470 for that last year at Rosso Corse. - that did include new brake fluid, fuel filter, etc too. £202+VAT was labour.
Valve clearances are supposed to be checked every service (annual or 7500 miles). Belts every other service. |

Why not give Woods a call and ask them for a quote as well? Worth comparing?...
