Very simple really - they had two lots of spares I needed this week on the shelf at reasonable prices and the workshop guys were very helpful sorting a couple of minor niggles on the bike -nominal charge and a coffee while I was waiting.

On the one occasion I have been there for help, I came away with a free of charge (All be it used) clutch plate to put the correct numbers in to my slipping clutch. Tops guys.

Yep... top blokes.

They are sending me some used steel clutch plates (for free) so I can make a clutch holding tool.

Can't ask for better than that.

I've spent far too much money in there over the years and have the honour of being their first Monster customer when they set up shop about 7 or so years ago!

Well, they have done it again.

What absolutely top blokes at this place. On Saturday I bought a 2011 jacket for half of the retail price, all the spares I asked for were in stock and also then discounted because of the UKMOC.

Then yesterday I realised I needed a few extra bits. These were ordered from Italy and have come in today already and are now in the post to me!

I can't rate these people enough. If all bike shops were like this, it would be a dream. But, as they aren't, Moto Rapido will do very nicely thank you............

Yep, same here: very good, friendly, service and damn fine coffee! It's very good to know you have a sound dealer in the area.
