Thumbs up Cornerspeed Ducati

I just want to say what a very good job Neil at Cornerspeed made of completely re-setting the fuel injection on my second ST4 (916 engine). Thanks to his expert attention it now accelerates properly! (like my first ST4).

Cornerspeed has a good reputation but you should also try out SPR in Nottingham, they have a dyno setup and you can see exactly what your motor is putting out

I can also vouch for SPR. There only at Ruddington, Notts so not far from you.

I'll vouch for Neil at cornerspeed, just to even things up - always a first class job.

I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend them for any servicing whatsoever.

I've heard nothing but good things about Cornerspeed.

My personal experience of the guy was that he was very thorough and did a very good job at a reasonable price.

Popelli, did you take the battery back?

Got to disagree, cos we are both happy to recco Cornerspeed to anyone up there. Neil does a very thorough job.

I didn't slate them, Chris. I'm just saying, based on the experience we've had, I would not recommend them. Also I wouldn't post why I cannot recommend them on a public forum. I'd happily provide my phone number via PM to explain though.

Sorry to disagree, Knights. I'll explain if we catch you at a meeting this year.

Hi Guys.

I'd just like to add that Neil has done all the work on my bike, and he's been FANTASTIC.

I've always found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, cheap and he's a perfectionist, so his work is always top draw.

When I have saved up the £1600 required I'll be taking him my engine to build. Could do it myself but it will be a treat (for me) and the more sensible option to get an expert to do it right first time.

The bill includes all bearings and seals (£450), crank balancing (£150), replating (£300) and labour (£600 approx).

Would sell my gran to finance it but unfortunately all of my grand-parents have passed onto the happy hunting ground

Neil recently assembled the bottom end of my Monster engine when I ran out of skill/confidence, also balanced the crank and checked the cam timing.

I have to say he did a thoroughly first-class job at a reasonable price and I would highly recommend him.

After hearing nothing but good reports on Cornerspeed I've booked my 900SS in for a full service, JHP is 10 miles away and Cornerspeed 50 but Neil offered to pick the bike up ( for a small fee ) and is marginally cheaper p/h but I just wanted to give him a go. He's busy for 4 weeks so must be doing something right.....

I have been using SPR in Ruddington for the last 5 years thy set the bike up perfectly when i first brought the bike. The bike had only 12,000miles when i first got it now its done 34,000miles with only miner faults! and keep going back for servicing and tyres ect ect, its an amazing bike, still fun to rid and still gives the jap bikes a run for the money and 45to50mpg what more could you want out of a bike.
Also i let friends have ago and all have come back impurest !!
