My M1000 has the dark face dials with smaller numbers and I can find them hard to read sometimes depending on the light. Something like these would be great. However, as Gaz says, getting the needles off is a terrifying process that can result in damage. I gave up trying to get them off my 1000SS clocks and soldered new resistors in place on the PCB/A through a hole instead. Both my M1000 and 1000SS have fully electronic Speedo/Tacho on a PCB/A, not ones you can swap out, and if you do change it for a complete new Dash you need to disable the immobilisor. Does the 900ie not have the same?
