M900 Roadracing #1
Hi guys, few years ago I introduced you my M900 '95 full carbon.
Now it is time for introducing my "brand new" M900 Roadracing I had the chance to found it one morning checking the smal ads on the net. The day after, I traveled to west of France, to bring it back to Paris The engine was in good condition with only 16K kms. The main issues were the chassis (acid of the battery) and the fuel tank (the bike fall down and the tank was that clean). So I decided to go for a full refurbish of the bike. After 3 years of hard stuff here is the lovely RR : |

The fork is totaly different. This is a Ceriani (a Paioli brand property). I had to found a fork specialist to make it 100% good to me. To fit perfectly with my "athletic" body Plainty of other parts have also been swaped or refursbished...Will post some more pics later on 😉 Cheers and C U |

Nearly in danger of over egging the pudding there, but it works because of the quality of the parts and the build.
The forks were obviously taken from Ogri's bike. RR parts can be a bit "Marmite", but when fitted as a concept like this, they work. I love the wheels. What are the hubs?... and can I afford a pair?.. Nice colour on the frame btw..

Hi this is all new to me , beautiful bike but i must admit i've never heard of 'roadracing' are they still about ?? & what other bikes have they done ? any history on them would be good..

Owner had to purchase a brand new M900 + a RR Special Collection, including all the stuff. The Ducati shop (not called Ducati stores yet) had to build up the bike, then to deliver the lucky end user. Regarding wheels, that's Akron rings and CNC hubs. All parts of the original Special Collection are "metal gun" anodized. Few more pics of the wheels : |
