Visiting the Ducati factory
Ive been given a factory tour as a surprise present so will need to book it very soon for somtime in early july I think.
Apparantly members of ducati clubs get a slight discount on the costs, how does one achieve this then, is there a membership number type of thing or do I just say UKMOC or is there anything else I need?

If you get your 2019 members card before you go the museum is free, don't know about the factory tour though.

If you don't have your 2019 owners club card by then, take your V5 logbook, that should be enough. A photo of your bike isn't proof of ownership!

Well - your internet access allows you to get this info
€32 full €22 Ducati owner with an owner's card (from purchase)(or as I did, wear full leathers) €0 Desmo Owner's Club members with a card All proceeds are donated to Ducati Foundation. Maybe a worthy reason to pay with a smile? |

I've managed to find my desmo owners club card which has uk monster owners club printed on it too, though its dated 2018, is it possible to get a 2019 one before the end of June?

Same here, all booked for the end of july but paying isn't a huge issue as the money goes to Ducati's charity.
In any case the cost looks reasonable value for money.

Can anyone tell me if its normal to get zero reponse from Ducati when requesting these factory tours.
I have to admit I'm deeply unimpressed by this, it's just **** customer service. They just haven't replied to any emails sent to the 'infotour@ducati.com' address on the website.

If you've picked an available date then you ought to get a reply, I had a confirmation the next day.
Maybe I was just lucky?

@Dave_G I found I got a speedy response when I e-mailed the factory in Italian, enquiring about tours, whereas my e-mailed request in English had been ignored for over a week.
