M1200s belt change

I am changing my belts on my 1200s tomorrow, new exact belts will be delivered today so I will have all the bits I need. My only question is what frequency should I set the belts too?
I have read somewhere that Exact belts are set to a lower frequency than standard but can't find it anywhere. As far as I can remember standard belt are set to 115Hz whereas exact belts are set to 100Hz, am I correct in my thinking? Also what torque setting should I use on the tensioner nuts?

110 /115 is where you need to be but make sure you do each on tdc to both cylinders.

Thanks Albie, what a pig of a job, none of the video's tell you haw nearly impossible it is too get the rear exhaust pipe off and that most of the bike has to be stripped to get into it, the belt change looks pretty simple once I can get to it. It's no wonder there are plenty of 5 year old 1200 for sale.
