the evo has single plug heads though.
I haven’t had a really good look round earlier 1100 models, but given the layout is the same, would expect similar but dual output. |

Yup that's the type I had originally wanted to use, but just couldn't find a supplier of suitable input plugs. The MM ones aren't encapsulated and look pretty basic, probably more prone to corrosion I guess.

So the plastic horn arrived, good news it weighs 30gms, bad news is that it uses a piezo type buzzer that I have now learnt require some additional electronics to make it work. Something like a transistor, resistor, and induction coil, all wired to suit, which means very little to me.
