the evo has single plug heads though.
I haven’t had a really good look round earlier 1100 models, but given the layout is the same, would expect similar but dual output.

Oops! I'd forgotten Bitza had fitted the DS motor! (S2R 1000 wasn't it?)

The 1100/1100S does have the same compact design but with twin outputs.



That being said, it's listed as being the same as fitted to the S2R 1000 so it might be the one that Bitza couldn't marry up to the harness (I see it's a Beru).

Yup that's the type I had originally wanted to use, but just couldn't find a supplier of suitable input plugs. The MM ones aren't encapsulated and look pretty basic, probably more prone to corrosion I guess.

So the plastic horn arrived, good news it weighs 30gms, bad news is that it uses a piezo type buzzer that I have now learnt require some additional electronics to make it work. Something like a transistor, resistor, and induction coil, all wired to suit, which means very little to me.
