I've only gone and done it.....
Hey Folks
New to UKMOC, new to Ducati, but not new to biking. Been riding for over 30+, on all manner of bikes (started on the ubiquitous FS1E) Haven't had a bike for the last 5 years, but have been yearning for a Duke since the early 90's. Anyway, time has come to spend some hard earned savings on my first Ducati - a spanking new 1200s Stripe, fitted with Termi carbon slip ons. Had a ride on a demo bike with a similar setup and was blown away by the power, handling, stopping capability & thundering BOOM. Still grinning now Pick the bike up in 2 weeks, so all being well, I'll load up some pictures. Haven't seen any pictures of the 1200s stripe posted whilst browsing the threads..... |

Good choice, I bought a standard 1200 last year, and I love it. I've been to Mugello on it and all over the lanes of South Wales and I coulodn't be happier.

Had to sell the 1200S Stripe only 2 weeks after getting it home - (long story....). It was a fantastic bike, and I was gutted to let it go.
Anyhow, have made up the loss with this...1200R - not too shabby Last edited by iMOC; 28-03-2016 at 08:55 PM.. |
