Just ordered some Galfer discs and pads from CalSport, they do a 'speed deal' where you get a pair of front discs and pads with a discount (at least one set of pads worth).
This presented me with a slight problem , since I have 999 calipers on my 1000ie.
I called them up and the guy on the phone said 'no problem' and substituted the 999 discs for Monster ones (including their current additional discount on the Monster discs) and they were in my hands, with free delivery, less than 24 hours later.

I bought my Remus exhaust from them, no one could touch them on price, very helpful and kept me informed while waiting for it to come back into stock. Great bunch of lads ......
