Hotel spa - book now if you'd like to take advantage

Hi all,

If any of you (or your significant others who are coming along too) are thinking of booking spa treatments (https://www.metropole.co.uk/the-rock...reatments.html) in the Rock Spa at the Metropole Hotel, the hotel recommends that you do so as soon as possible. They advise that the spa does get booked up, especially at weekends and there will be other guests as well as UKMOC staying next weekend.

Even if you don't fancy the spa treatments, there's a swimming pool, gym and sauna that you don't have to book in advance. Note that there will not be prizes for seeing how many Kenties you can fit in the jacuzzi!
