and your post count has gone over the 5000, you just couldn't resist posting....
CF sounds good, ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Im thinking of this but obviously it wont be a dodgy photoshop black and wobbly red stripe but carbon and no decals but carbon through lettering.

What do you think of the look.

Gone to the dark side yummmmmm !!!!

Pressie arrived today care of ebay. I was bidding against somebody so whoever your were TOUGH you missed out . The panels are all Carbonvani which is who make some Ducati Performance stuff and they also made my seat unit which is why I wanted them. The seller only had them on bike for 3 days and had to regretfully sell bike so are virtually new.

I was going to paint them over in part, but now I've seen them on I may not as the decals were obviously an extra as they are laquered over.
I just think I need some blacked or titanium screws as the stainless domed look a bit bright.

Very happy with the result and a relatively cheap way to go dark. Yes really !! Paint is dear.

I wont hold it against you mate. Had to tell Caroline tonight. She was fine and even like the look. TBH it does look better in the flesh. The camera tends to flash to much light. I really want some paint on them in the future.

Thanks for the heads up though. Will hopefully only cost me £250 then...

Very nice, love I how easy it is to change the look of the new monster but TBH won't be able to on to ebay again I would be a nightmare.

Did I read that you may change the wheel colour somewhere?

Cheers Vince

Hmm yes but nowhere near as stealth looking as a 848. Just been out in the garage for a cardboard box to pack sold stuff in and ended up wiping the rain off and staring at it. Its in the flesh you see beauty unless you have a really good camera of course. I really need someone to take some professional pics next year.
