I had 3 or 4 knee ops before that one so the replacement was a relief. No real pain now, although it can still swell up if I do too much on it. I did a 180 mile cycle ride in May, over 2 days, and had no problems with it. I still go mountain biking and am hoping to go ski-ing again , if i can convince my husband. I am not really supposed to jog on it, but I wouldn't really want to anyway! I think I still limp a little - that might just be habit, or is one leg is longer than the other? Take care.
