Hello Rob,
Hope all is good with you and ta for the email. I logged on to MyDucati just fine and UKMOC is listed as my club with a status of "To be renewed". Do I gotta do anything or pay someone any dosh to be "Active"? Bob.

Hi Rob,
Sorry to have to contact you like this but I am having extreme difficulty in doing anything regarding this log in / registering process, I do realise I am a tit when it comes to this stuff but I have tried following your instructions above and I seem to get as far the section 'joining a club' and I fill in the form and no matter what derivative of the UKMOC I put in it does not let me send it when I click on the send button. I have also received an email from Ducati Motor Holding a few days ago asking me to complete a registering process is this the same thing ? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Robert

Do I need to do anything else? Also in the section to 'certify your bike', what exactly is 'Identity document ' I initially thought it was log book but there is a different box for that , any idea?

from memory i think it’s a driving license, that section us completely optional, i had no intention of putting my bike details online... until last year’s win a hypermotard competition where you got one entry per registered bike

I think I did mine ok. Had a bit of trouble putting my scrambler picture on it and couldnt change it. Its fat. My m900 is 97 for some reason. Cucciolo I thought they would at least have it on the list. Gave up trying to figure out adding Caroline. Maybe I will go back when its quieter.

You’d have to register the Cucciolo under ‘other’, 851/888 or 748/916 aren’t on the list either, which I found strange given how iconic they are, but I guess they had to draw the line somewhere.
Caroline would need to fill in her own profile, nothing to do with yours. I can pm you with the email address she had previously registered if you want. |

Hi, I've done the my Ducati thing, I must have been on there before because its stuck a 2 after my name, meh, whatever. Its put me in the club, waiting to be renewed. Cheers, Rob, apologies for adding to the admin burden. Bike resto thread coming soon, yup, the monster from the depths is returning. |

Long time no see!
I hit renew but I didn't see a '2' anywhere? Look forward to the resto, it was always scruffy but usually pulling away from me so i never got a good look at it ;-) |
