Really pleased that ITV4 have stepped in to show MotoGP this year. I've just watched the highlights and those Ducatis off the line wouldn't be out of place at Santa Pod!
Nice to see more time being given to the support races too, instead of the cursory 60 seconds they got in previous years. Roll on next weekend! |

Well done for keeping on this Luddite. As you say good coverage, although the music interludes were a little odd.
Watched it after the Gallagher highlights, so a good evening of telly all round. Nasher

No spoilers here but just make sure that, if you haven't seen today's race yet, tune in to the highlights tomorrow on ITV4 at 8pm.

Moto 3 has been absolutely mental this year, poor old John McPhee, his luck has got change soon. I would rather have 45 mins of Moto 3 and 15 mins of highlights from the other classes!

Definitely! You can't pick highlights from Moto3 at the moment, it's so action-packed. You just have to watch the whole race.

We will find out on Sunday, definitely top 6, from what I've seen so far there won't be many challengers

Hoping he’ll be in the mix, like him or loathe him he was / hopefully still is awesome talent.. FP sessions and obviously qualifying should give us a hint I’d have thought.. . assuming MM isn’t just gonna rock up on Sunday and start from the back..!! - (although if 90% fit on past form still probably be as per Kato assessment in top 6 even from there.. .)

I'm really curious about this.
New bike, different tyre compounds + the others have gained experience and a belief they can win v MM coming back from a possibly career ending injury. His normal practice MO has been to crash to find the limits plus his lack of patience in riding for a result rather than win combined with missing the first two rounds - its going to be a big test of his maturity. The hype and pressure is going to be enormous. |

Yes I know its only FP1 damp horrible track however MM does half the laps of everybody else and goes P3 effortlessly
