I could donate an instrument housing for a mould if you decide to go for it.
It's a complicated shape though!

ive got a spare one as it went cheap on ebay so bought it incase my glass ever cracked. the front bit with the glass comes off but the back is one piece inc. mounting lugs. no way that is ahppening without an autoclave, which i dont have. maybe a cap or something to cover it but am never keen on things like that as you are adding weight rather than taking away
