Hello and Welcome Damon. I too have the 1100 anniversary evo. One of the best things I got for mine is the £60 screen. I don't think it detracts from the looks but makes a hell of a difference at speed taking all wind from your chest. It only stands 3" above the clocks and is fitted by two screws.

I wouldn't say I didn't gel with the Mille - I've had two of them and think they're great bikes. I bought it on impulse when I really wanted a naked bike, hence swapping to the Monster. No regrets so far but I need to shift the Mille.

Coincidentally the guy I bought my Monster from had just bought a Mille. His GF said he couldnt have 2 so the Monster went.
