Who was there?

Saw a couple of monsters on Saturday at Bikesafe: one parked, with owner, talking to a cop on the right just opposite main bike park. One metalic bike with 916 back end , a red 900 and a few others.

I was there on Sunday didn't see many monsters,
But I did take a ride on the new 620 multistrada,
I thinks its bloody fantastic and I'm seriously thinking
of getting one to use as a commuter bike.
Quicker than you think, lower than the 1000ds (I'm
a short arse) lighter clutch, handles well, looks good,
cheap to insure, its the dogs danglies

Was it lower before or after you sat on it?

I got a bit narked at the weekend, driving around town only to see bike after bike after bike going in and out of the Race Course......if only I had the bike back......If, I'd know you were all about you could have come in for a cup of tea......maybe next time.......the fact it was such a nice day made it even worse.....oh well, at least I got to plant my potatos......

There's a similar one up here, but its acornering clinic - the copper in charge told me that if my mate had loud conas on his bike they probably wouldn't take any notice. It's called the cornering clinic and I'm seriously thinking of popping over.

Depends who you get riding with you!! 2 years ago at Gaydon I did 2 rides in a row with one cop. I was on a CBR600RR first time then a Speed Triple the next. Because he knew us by the 2nd go he said we could do a "spirited" ride. At 115mph on the Triple I had to back off as my neck couldn't take any more. He was disappearing in front of me! Top bloke he was.

BTW, I'd recommend a Bikesafe course to anyone - I've done 4 assessed rides and the full weekend course with Warwickshire Police. Superb training and very good value at £80 for 2 full days. You don't have to be from Warks to go on their course so it's open to anyone.
