It'll be good to see you Krishna, and likewise other folk who have still not managed to get to a weekender.

Since this is the "aperitif" thread I will divulge an early taster of the itinerary.

This is the main club annual bash and centres around runs out to places of interest and socialising, both at the run destinations and in the evenings at The Hotel.
You can drop in at any point or go the whole hog.

Friday afternoon/evening; folks roll up, check in and get together over an Italian style buffet. Meeting new friends and catching up with old ones.

Saturday morning features a run out to Duxford for a club visit with VIP parking inside the airfield and possibly some interesting privelages.
There will be a shorter run to other local places of interest, for those either still saddle sore from Friday, or just not into old aeroplanes.
The evening sees a three course meal, much social intercourse, fun and games.

On Sunday we have the main Annual UKMOC National run, which this year will be heading to England's smallest County of Rutland, for lunch at splendidly beautiful spot, then return to The Sharnbrook for a parade and voting for the best bikes.
There are some new trophies this year, including Concours d' Elegance, to reward those who cherish originality. Best modified/Special for those who cherish a different kind of originality, and Concours d' Grot for anyone who deserves it..!
There will also be an ongoing BBQ in the afternoon along with the prize giving.

Normal Hotel meals are available in the evening, although we have been recommended an Indian Restaurant in nearby Bedford for those with any room and sense of adventure left!

The fun continues on Monday. We have been invited to take part in Ciro's Cars and Coffee Supercar Charity Cruise. The mind boggles, but expect a generous helping of Lambos, Ferraris and other exotica.

Full itinerary will be published in good time, there's still time to squeeze in stuff if anyone has any ideas of what they'd like to do.

Don't miss out on the Monster's 25th Anniversary UKMOC Weekender.

Just thought it would be timely to refresh this thread for those who have not spotted it yet.

A smashing weekender coming up with lots to do and see, and all in the appropriate surroundings of the only hotel in Britain, as far as I know, that has "Petrolheadonism" as it's motto.

The Hotel owner, Ciro (pronounced Chiro.) is an incurable petrol head and invented the "Petrolheadonism" moniker for people to "Share the Passion" around.
He's partial to a little bit of Italian exotica and has many supercar and motorcycle events at the Sharnbrook... He will be a magnificent host.

Thinking out loud.. I wonder if we could manage to get all the bikes lined up in chronological order on the Sunday afternoon, for a photoshoot celebrating 25 years of the Ducati Monster..??

Don't be too late booking.. Rooms disappearing fast.

Ciro has his own very professional production company complete with drone.
Check out some of the films on the Sharnbrook hotel website.
