RIP Marco. One future champion for sure and a great loss to one and all. My thoughts go out to his family and friends and also Colin & Valentino.

Where has Rossi been slagged off ? Have you got a link to it?

A massive blow im absolutely gutted. I was told at work today and my heart just sank. I really enjoyed watching Marco race, you knew that if there was anyone that was going to ruff up the front pack it would be him and he loved gettin at em. I will miss that, as there is nobody else that offers that aggression. It was as though he had no sense of risk, a real brave guy always pushing without fear and a proper joy to watch. What a loss.

A racer with old school attitude that promised so much for the future, an absolutely tragic loss. My heart sank as well when I was told the news, RIP Marco.

Shattered..

My good lady and I are totally shocked and saddened. We kept clear of all the news & TV today as we couldn't watch the race live. We've just watched it on the recorder and are dumbstruck. What a tragic loss. A massive talent who I'm certain would have risen to the height of his sport. I'm sure I speak for all of us that we will miss him (and his antics) from the grid, and that out thoughts are with his family, team and colleagues

Absolutely gutted. The most exciting racer for years, was destined to be a world champ.

As the saying goes "the candles that burn the brightest, burn for half the time".

Tragic loss.

Gutted, feel so sad for his family and those who knew him. He was the one person after Vale that I always supported most and it all feels a bit wrong. He'll always be remembered for being a brilliant rider with an amazing personality.

Rip Super Simoncelli.
