I tried el cheapo chinese mirrors and the quality was shocking, so stumped the cash for these ones.

I have some carbon goodies on the way also........ all in time for the wonderful winter where i wont even ride

Erm, sorry to tell you this but they are 'el cheapo chinese' mirrors. I suspect someone has simply imported a bunch of them and is selling them with a huge mark up from UK.

It's not all bad though. I have a set of them myself and they are not too bad. Had them just over a year. Only complaint I have is they shift when you go 80+. 1 more than the other in my case and it's a fairly recent issue so you should be ok for a while. Oh and no signs of rust on mine.

I have the cheap Chinese ones, they were much worse looking then these.
They were so bad i got a refund from the seller!.

Those are the cheap ones, the bar end bits are completely different and nasty.

Both mirrors look identical IMO.
I do have the same on my Griso and Monster from China, for the money. they are ok.
The quality of the black coating is good, but the fixings are of a poor finish.
Mine did come from a different Chinese supplier, although I suspect from the same factory.

I have the same ones as your first post. Different seller and mine came direct from China but they are using exactly the same pictures.

I'd bet my granny the only difference is the metal fixing in the £49 set as opposed to the rubber fixing in the £14 set.

the cheaper ones i had were not CNC but cast.... poorly.
Had a rough finish, scratches and even the bolts had light rust showing.

The £49 ones in the pictures at least look CNC machined and have better quality bolts.

Theres no inbetween, you either pay £15 for chinese, £50 for the ones i got or stump up £150 for genuine rizoma.

Fair enough, I think I paid about £20ish for mine. I'll have to have a look and see if they are cast or billet. They weren't poor quality though. Fit perfectly and so far no rust or discolouring. Apart from 1 getting a bit loose can't complain at all. I guess it doesn't matter which ones you get or how much you pay in the end it comes down to whether you are happy with them. Spending £150 on mirrors would make me very unhappy!

I ordered my levers directly from ASV back in August when I bought the bike, still waiting for them to be dispatched. Called 3 times and all they can come up with is "they are hand made" ??? not impressed with their customer service, but hoping the levers will be the biz when they arrive

Yeah without the baffles it sounds a bit nasty, not a good sound tbh
With one set of baffles in it sounds better, but i modified them a little bit to make them a bit louder.

Also my mirrors came and as i said, much higher quality, look at the fancy box!.
Ok its not fancy but feels worth the money.

Just to confirm what was mentioned before, these mirrors are a thousand times better than the cheap chinese ones shown before.
They fit perfectly, very very happy with the quality!.

Still haven't had the chance to check mine out. I know they didn't come in a fancy box though. Glad you are happy with yours, they look great.
