Erm, sorry to tell you this but they are 'el cheapo chinese' mirrors. I suspect someone has simply imported a bunch of them and is selling them with a huge mark up from UK. It's not all bad though. I have a set of them myself and they are not too bad. Had them just over a year. Only complaint I have is they shift when you go 80+. 1 more than the other in my case and it's a fairly recent issue so you should be ok for a while. Oh and no signs of rust on mine. |

Both mirrors look identical IMO.
I do have the same on my Griso and Monster from China, for the money. they are ok. The quality of the black coating is good, but the fixings are of a poor finish. Mine did come from a different Chinese supplier, although I suspect from the same factory.

I'd bet my granny the only difference is the metal fixing in the £49 set as opposed to the rubber fixing in the £14 set. |

the cheaper ones i had were not CNC but cast.... poorly.
Had a rough finish, scratches and even the bolts had light rust showing. The £49 ones in the pictures at least look CNC machined and have better quality bolts. Theres no inbetween, you either pay £15 for chinese, £50 for the ones i got or stump up £150 for genuine rizoma. |

Fair enough, I think I paid about £20ish for mine. I'll have to have a look and see if they are cast or billet. They weren't poor quality though. Fit perfectly and so far no rust or discolouring. Apart from 1 getting a bit loose can't complain at all. I guess it doesn't matter which ones you get or how much you pay in the end it comes down to whether you are happy with them. Spending £150 on mirrors would make me very unhappy!

Welcome fellow Londoner - nice pipes, just had a listen to them on the GPR website, you tried them without the DB killers in yet?

With one set of baffles in it sounds better, but i modified them a little bit to make them a bit louder. Also my mirrors came and as i said, much higher quality, look at the fancy box!. Ok its not fancy but feels worth the money. |

Still haven't had the chance to check mine out. I know they didn't come in a fancy box though. Glad you are happy with yours, they look great.
