Did you turn the engine off during the queue? Did you use the kill switch and leave the key in the 'on' position or did you turn the key to the 'off' position?

Update!
The battery is indeed toast. When load tested it’s showing full voltage but weak in terms of cold cranking amps. It appears that the tracker I’m using is “always on” and drawing current unlike something like a Biketrac which has a low power sleep mode and a good internal battery that will last a month when unplugged. Mine dies in about 20 mins. Combine that with a maintenance charger that doesn’t deep cycle the battery or bulk charge for more than about ten minutes it seems that the battery is now beyond recovery despite trying a “recovery” charger. So I’ve taken the plunge and ordered a Shido lithium replacement. It’s 2.5kg lighter and 270cca, considerably more than the outgoing Yuasa which was 160cca. £103 delivered. I’ve also stumped up for a decent charger, a Noco G1100, on recommendation from Rapido (all they use in the workshop) which does lead acid and lithium batteries. Battery arrives tomorrow so I’ll mostly be lying on the floor putting it in, pig of a job!
