IMHO the 1100S is a better bike than either of the others mentioned. Will most likely hold its value better too and maybe even go up in a few years.

... Last aircooled Monster with a dry clutch, with the added bonus of Ohlins suspension. One of the classics!

Gonna be a surefire classic in the next few years for sure. How many 1100S were made? Would be my 1st choice of 2V air cooled bike then maybe the original M900 or maybe 900sie or 1000sie.

https://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/vehicl...1100_s#!newreg Alan C was selling a peach, a non-S which a previous owner had added Ohlins both ends and a set of forged wheels from a Hypermotard S http://ukmonster.co.uk/monster/showthread.php?t=58891 Last edited by slob; 28-01-2021 at 05:44 PM.. |

They have a nice MkII Senna for sale too, that's most likely out of my price bracket, but they're nothing really special that a good upgraded 748/916 (like mine) would be the equal of actually. Nice though all the same. One for the collectors as will the 1100S be soon I imagine.

Guys. I bought the red 2017 797+ I mentioned. Only 2,444 miles and a couple of services already. Being delivered within a week. Very excited. Thanks for the advice.
