Is it £85 total per night for single rooms or is that an additional single supplement on top of the £125?

If it's £85 per night then please put me down for the 3 nights.

Barrow in Furness can be nice depending on the weather but then it can be miserable too, no worse than Wales though! It could 'whet' or it could be 'wet' But when it rains it really rains. they have lots of lakes there to prove it

Hey Gazza, there is a reason there are so many lakes there! The hotel roof doesn't leak so we are all good ,welcome aboard sir! ( no nautical pun intended)

Yes there are some very big puddles up that way. If the weathers nice you can see the IOM though, but not sure where you could get a crossing from?

Hi Jase, it's £85.00/night for the double room single occupancy so I am pleased to say......your booked mate and thank you.

That would be Heysham Daz, bit South of the lakes but quieter than the Liverpool crossing

I work in Barrow and have accomodation there so wouldn’t be overnighting but I’ll certainly try to get for one of the rides and probably the meal too if that’s ok?

The weekend is still in its embryonic stage and will be tailored to meet the attendees. The intention is to make it the attendees weekender. To explain I have had interest expressed in a couple of locations in the area which I would like to incorporate in the ride outs,

Devonshire Dock
Ravenglass railway
Conniston ( bluebird museum).

Because of the distance travelled probably choice of short /long rideouts and lots of evening relaxation !!

Hope that wets the appetite !!
There’s also the Lakeside Motor Museum and the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway not far away too. The roads in the area are pretty good as well, I’ve got a few personal favourites.
Blackpool Tower is visible from the Coast Road, despite the town being a fair trek by land as you have to go around Morecambe Bay.
Equally Grange-over-Sands is good as a tourist destination - and I can suggest the cheap rough pubs in Barrow if anybody fancies a change (that’d be suggestions based on what I’ve been told. Obviously!).

Moco, a room for all three nights for me & Mrs Dacs if you please. Needs to be a twin room, is that possible?
