Good job saving the bike from chronic lack of use, get some miles under its wheels! That tank was in a right state, paint even bubbling up on the outside as well.

So the she passed the MOT with no issues and I've now covered nearly 600 miles, not without fault i may add. But that can be overlooked!

Fellow S4 owner here, curious as to where you got the plastic tank from?
Tempted to replace my dinged and scratched tank with one.

The tank is off a m695 which i bought from ebay for about £120 with the pump. You will also have to replace your current hinge bracket as plastic tanks use a different one to the steel tanks. And you'll need two fuel quick connect couplings and the newer filler cap.
