I uploaded a scan of the first inside page, had to reduce the resolution because upload was failing due to exceeding file size limit.

I haven't been able to upload a copy of my V5C despite the picture being a jpg and about 2.6mb , with the limit being 5 mb. I have given up !

that’s still really high res (maybe not by recent smartphone standards)
mine were approx 1600x1200 @200dpi/24bit colour the docs are perfectly readable and the files are under 250kb |
