Me to. The header lengths are pretty much equal this time so it should run a lot better.

This is the second system I have had built by him, just one more for the next project.

The only thing that lets it down slightly for me is the large ugly clamp right in the middle section. Would look better with springs or better still one piece.

Agreed, this is the first fit. I am hoping there will be no need for a clamp or springs when it is running.

It transpires that the issue is with the weight of the rear can and to be honest I am not going to compromise and make a rear support.

So I think the plan is to weld the exhaust at this join now everything is sitting how it should do.

This was one of the initial plans, but then everyone else started producing these sorts of bikes. My next project (ST2 chopped frame, 900 engine, Imola style tank and small race seat) might benefit from a small-ish fairing.
