No Need
Thanx fella but guess what !!!!!!!!!!!!!! She RUNSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS waheyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. I got immobiliser to flash but still nothing. Airbox out and took immoliser unit off and still nothing. Recheck all connections. Took stick coil off back one with old plug and turned over and wante to go.. Oooooh. Put back on engine and nothing. Recheck connections try again with coil and nothing but got sluggish. Brought car in and jumped and wahayyyyyyyyyyyyyy she runs. I phoned loads and no answer so I phoned AK and blamed him for this and started her up. So he knows first.
Just re-tryed and she fires up on her own back now and I filmed her with my phone. Thanks for all the positive advice that many of you have given me. Its still not over as I still have loads to do and I need to double check why the connections are playing up. I dont want to breakdown. So enough for tonite and tomorrow I will strive to get the things done to make her a rolling bike. Things still to do Tyres on rims and 1 new one Oil change and filter Finish topping up that funny stuff some of you dont like in the RAD Bleed rear brake line

Today has turned out good
Well after yesterdays good news things today have got better for me. I went and started it straight away with no choke. So I decided to relocate the immobiliser unit on the headlamps frame as it easier to get at and not as open to road dirt. That sorted and a crank over and happy.
Re tapped rear hub clamps with the old bolt with a hacksaw cut in it as they seemed to be full of loctite and crap and maybe powdercoat. I put the new bolts Shaun gave me in a box of bits Also swapped the rear section chainguard with Shauns as the one I had had a split in the bolthole. I had a chainguard section that also given by Shaun in carbon fibre that didnt fit an s4r but with a hacksaw and adhesive it does now. I stuck it over the plastic front section. I also put on the carbon fibre heel guards that we thought were not a pair as they were not identical and are left and right I have run the standard brake pipe as it looked odd against the one black pipe I also have a billet clutch actuator but I need longer bolts. I have put carbon rad covers but not sure if I want them on now. Caroline likes them but Im not sure. I have swapped my tank cap for and almost new one so it has better colour. Whilst I was doing that I once more tried to get the remaining tiny grub screws out of the tank cap assemly. When I tried about 6 weeks ago only 6 of 8 came out as the other 2 rounded off. I managed to tap in a small spline socket and it worked and both are now out. This will give me the option of spraying the whole tank if I dont want a red stripe.I was being forced to as it would have been impossible to mask off round the rubber seal without over or underspraying. The bike now starts at the first press as well. Very good day and good job as Im at work tomorrow.
