The breath test kit legislation has been dropped/postponed indefinitely now, as has the requirement for wearing hi vis vests in France after further mass protests.

So to be clear, there are no stupid rules (breath test and high viz, riding while patting your head and rubbing your stomach etc) that the French would like us to comply with?

Clothes, wallet, phone. The rest I can either buy or do without (famous last words!)

Isn't there some reflective sticker on the helmet rule in France? Ignored it the last few times though.

No idea about that one.

Well the bike has again changed colour again and in solo mode Looking to get her shiney in the next few days as working solid until weekender so no breaks for 3 weeks and need to refuel her before. At least the weekend will be relaxed maybe.
Tie is being manufactured now and phase 1 has started and now phase 2 has been ordered on Ebay and then can be assembled. Caroline likes it so that's good and I hope some of you will be impressed at least for effort.
So its 8 days to go now .....

Now do I take the camera and get into trouble again....

Not sure if they get it from me or me from them

i have also heard this, found this on the web....

it has to be dayglo orange, be 6x4, and must have the letters M.U.G. (motorcyclist unite group) written in marker pen neatly on it, and then fastened securely to the back of your helmet

see you there mate
