I've got a goldline PS13 from S4 up for grabs if you want one? They are better than coffin type.

The problem is the seized slave in the case ,, its not moving ,, thats what blew the master seal ,, i cant get the slave out of the case, so far tried high pressure air and heat ,,but its in solid ????

It was replaced with a new one not long before the bike came off the road for rebuild,,,

Could you drill and tap it for a slide hammer or extractor?

I thought you were going to machine the bore out and make a bigger piston, or am I thinking of someone else?

Beggars belief how it can seize with oil both sides of it!

Also thailand price £9.40 genuine kawasaki , Holland £21,30 +£5 post UK price £44.95

Gonna be hard to find SS parts bc 1 year only model but Paso and Cagiva Allazura use the same cover iirc. Maybe Pantah and 750 Sport/F1 too but rare. Stein Dinse I think have pistons for about 75 quid.

OK got the slave out the case undamaged but the seal is buggered going to need a new seal its like a big Oring has to be stretched on to the piston and needs to be compatible with Brake fluid ,,

measurements are Oring ID 20.mm
Thickness of oring 4.3mm
OD of oring 28.6 mm

actual piston bore 26mm The Oring seals by compression cant be a lip seal as it has to roll onto piston into groove and needs to be soft material

I believe its Ducati part Number 88640091A same as later 600, 750 engines with wet clutch in right hand case ,, the piston is same .
