RSRMoto
You've probably noticed the new advert by now.
I've dealt with RSRMoto a bit and found them to be really easy to get on with and so helpful. Of course Titanium is always nice to add to your bike and the quality of RSRMoto Ti is excellent. Note that they also offer a very generous 10% discount to UKMOC members. Don't share the code with your mates, this is for UKMOC members only. Finding willing advertisers is a painfully slow process and one I don't really seem to be great at! If anyone can help out with this and help the club at the same time I'd be very grateful. By all means suggest potential advertisers, better still approach them yourself and test the water. I'm not very keen on being a cold caller or pest emailer! I'm happy to provide the going rates and banner requirements on request if you manage to find an interested party. Cheers

Gutted that RSR stopped doing carbon fibre, I had some lovely stuff from them, very good quality at a reasonable price, excellent customer service too

Not sure if this is the same RSRMoto? But this is their eBay store.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/rsrmotoofficialcarbonfibre I'll have a word with the boss next time I speak to him, maybe the company split or something? The logo is slightly different on the Ti and Carbon sites.

We've re jigged the advert so the discount code does not appear on it.
This is so it's not visible to all and sundry who chance upon our site. In the next few days the code will appear on the "Official UKMOC Merchandise" part of the forum. This can only be viewed if you are logged on. In the meantime if you want the code just drop me a PM. No idea if the discount applies to CF goods? It does appear to be the same RSRMoto though.

Just ordered some rear sprocket nyloc nuts for the bike build.
Should look nice and trick when fitted ... hopefully this week. |

Looks to me like the old RSRMoto website along with all the gallery pics is now gone. The carbon site is now a separate entity and European based. If you still have copies of those pics let me know. Thx

RSRMoto Carbon fibre is one and the same company as the Ti.
They are currently winding down the CF part of the company and not renewing stock. The remaining stock is on sale on eBay here https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/rsrmotoofficialcarbonfibre It's already marked down for clearance, so no discount applies, but I have been told that if you see something you fancy contact RSR directly and speak to Paul. That's from Paul himself. Director of RSRMoto.

I've had quite a bit of carbon from them over the years for various bikes . One of the few places that did any for my MV at the time . I guess there are so many other places to buy carbon on line now .

Right then.
In view of their support for the forum .. and nudged slightly by the 10% discount .. I think I'll go through the monster from head to tail and change every feasible fastener for titanium from RSR. I might even do the same for the Dommie custom too. Should amount to quite a chunk but its in at least two, if not three good causes. Might take me a while to get round to it but its definitely on the "to do " list for the next few weeks. I can almost hear Capo chuckling. |

Well done mate. I'm doing much the same on the Monster and the Zero.
But don't forget that there are certain applications where an aluminium fastener is plenty strong enough and way lighter.

I changed all M8 and M10 to Ti on my S4 during covid lockdown. I'd already done the rear susp linkages with the Ohlins upgrade
Will probably do the R at some point following everything else. .
