Don't know if it was or not but the little mudguard is a useful piece.

I had made something similar for the old swingarm but as it attached to the brace, it didn't fit this one so I bought the Sie part.





Keeps the exhaust from getting shotblasted...

Looks a nice bike, glad you've got it all sorted...as others have said, I don't think there's a need for a braced swingarm on a road bike.
