Welcome aboard.
There's a reasonable choice of manufacturers who make riser kits. AEM, Rizoma etc. As for handlebars, I believe Rental offer a choice of styles. Probably best to research the offset available to suit your needs. Riding position is a subjective area. Personally I prefer a flatter bar on my 1200, but I'm 6ft, and like to stretch to the bars.
