Could you do anything with something like this?
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HANDLEBAR...8AAMXQBNlRhH3M I've got an unused set kicking around somewhere. I could measure and photograph if you think there would be any mileage in it?

I've purchased a couple of sets in the past from Monster parts in the states:
https://monsterparts.com/ But I can't find them on their site any more and there is a header on the front page saying it's closing. Nasher

Might be worth asking Corsair who they will be selling them through if no longer through Monsterparts:
http://corsair-industries.com/parts/...p-On%20Spacer/ Unless of course that's who you say are not making them any more due to no demand. Nasher.

Just a thought...
since these spacers are under compression when fitted and require little tensile strength, would you consider 3D printing them? *Only if you can print completely solid, rather than with a ‘honeycomb’ fill, like most 3D printed parts!* |

Exactly.. I wouldn't have thought it was beyond the wit of man to machine the top clamp of those handlebar risers into something perfectly usable. They already fit the handlebar, which is the important part, they don't have to fit the reservoir perfectly, merely abut the threaded bosses correctly.
