It'll be a standard Brembo part. Ducati dont sell Brembo parts as they buy them in cheap so they will only ever give you a price for the whole unit. Try a Brembo agent or ebay.

Hello and Welcome Stuart.
You could try www.powerhouse.uk. They are brilliant with Brembo stuff and are the only UK stockists of a lot of the stuff. Ducati Paddy is also a very helpful chap http://www.ducatipaddy.com/ I'm just wondering if the spring of which you speak is actually the little button insert that pushes on the microswitch button, as on the early coffin masters? If so Moto Rapido stock them for about 60p, but it's below their minimum order to post, so you might have to think of something else you need to make the order up.

If it is that little button that you need and you can't buy one, then I can tell you that it is a piece of nylon rod 5.2mm dia x 5.2mm long, or you can use a 13/64" ball bearing.
I know many things.... Yes do join in the East Anglian section. Just contact myself or Grumpy.
