matt black paint restore
Hi, Does anyone know how to restore matt black paint after fuel splashes?
I was filling with a funnel from a can and splashed the paintwork on the fuel tank in a few places. It now has marks on it like the fuel maybe attacked the matt finish. Would it work to T-cut it or should I definitely not do that? Any ideas? |

Definitely don’t t-cut it!
If you google, caring for matt paint, there’ll be loads of info from detailers and the like. This from autoglym, https://www.autoglym.com/blog/2017/0...aint-finishes/ If your serious about future protection........ ouch, the price! https://www.cleanride.com.au/opaque---matte--satin.html A video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPlP1q-cC1w Last edited by damien666; 30-03-2019 at 07:05 PM.. |
