Cheers slob ! Bit of a bucket list thing making the front cover as I’ve read OB since I was 15 dreaming of my first MBX50! Mind you, my wife quickly reminded me I was tragic for getting so excited about having a bit of metal in a bike mag 😆.

It originally had 10 pages in practical sportsbikes when I restored it a few years ago. The journo Chris Newbigging who did the article is now editor at PB so he called me up as Rutter wanted to compare a 888 to the last v twin.

Rutter loved it so much he’s asked to buy it three times - but I’m afraid it’s growing old with me lol - quite flattered although rich at Louigi is responsible for the setup and peachy motor which they were raving about !

Drowned out the panigale in the noise stakes too 😎😅
