Jonzi, got he duc.ee in the post. Thank you it's much appreciated.
However i don't know if I'm missing something, it does not fit the plug/connector. I'm wondering if there's a difference on the 13 year evo's See pics next to the one i bought on ebay which fits but does not work. Any help is appreciated Last edited by Ron1000; 20-05-2017 at 03:30 PM.. |

Hi Ron
There are some software differences between the 2013 Evo and earlier versions, which is why lambda eliminators don't seem to work on the later model. However, as far as the servo motor is concerned, the part no. is the same for all Evos as is the wiring loom so the plugs should be the same. I think the problem is because jonzi has a 796, which uses a different motor and which, presumably, has a different plug. You could ask the manufacturer if the internals are the same and, if they are, you could put a suitable plug on yourself. You can get wiring products from here: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/3waycomponents/ with 10% discount for members. |

Thanks guys, thought it might be a part number issue. I'll see if i can get a solution.
If not I'll either send it back to jonzi or can pass on for free to someone else if jonzi is happy with that. |

Guys,
Little update here, I contacted smartmoto about the servo eliminator I bought a subsequently didn't work. They messaged me back, they have had issues and other people saying they don't work with specific models and years (mines is a 2013 Monster 1100 Evo for reference) and that they are currently trying to trace the issue or at least narrow it down to the affected bikes. I'm in the loop to receive feedback on which models are affected and the solution. So I'll keep you all informed. They gave a full refund and said to keep the unit as well so if anyone wants to try either the smartmoto one or Joniz's Duc.ee one for free just let me know. |

Guy's,
Just a quick update on bypass plug. Smartmoto contacted me and said they have fixed the issue that was effecting 2013 evo's and would i like one for free. Obviously i said yes, I've not long fitted and tested it and all is good. I'll report back if i have any strange issues but so far so good. And just a reminder i have: one smartmoto plug that will fit up 2012 evo's and other 1100's. One duc.ee plug to 796's i think. If anybody would like one or both for shipping cost only just let me know |

Thanks for the update, Ron.
Good news about the eliminators and good customer service from Smartmoto. Hope they work OK. Assuming they do, you should notice quite an improvement to low speed running. There might be quite a few 2013 Evo owners on here who'll be putting you on their Christmas card list for this! |

I'll have that same mod as my bike originally came with termis, ecu and air filter kit…termis since sold.
I done a wee bit research and came across the mwr air box mod, anybody done this? |
