Ducati.....
Good evening everybody!
I am new to the forum, having only joined a week ago. I am pleased to have been a proud owner of two Ducatis over the last couple of years. #1: 2012 796 in the Corse colour scheme; #2: 2015 1200s Stripe; naturally in red. What can I say; owning, riding, enjoying, maintaining and listening to the Italian marque is something only those who are fortunate enough to can fully appreciate. Open the garage door, fire her up - hairs still stand on the back of my neck. Rev-matching to allow smooth down changes coming into a sweeping roundabout, revelling in the burble and pop of the (decadent) standard exhaust cans is something again. You know when you get it right - those hairs stand up again! Well done Ducati |

Sounds like you've got the Ducati bug well and truly.
Welcome to the forum. Keep an eye on the forum for stuff going on in the South East next year.

Hi John, welcome from me too. There's a great bunch of guys and gals on here. Another 1200S (non stripe) owner, but completely echo's your sentiments.

Welcome John, sounds like you have the bug alright. Get an original shape old school one (air or water cooled, it don't matter) and complete the set? oh and then you'll need a SBK for comparison, just so you can see how close they once were. Not to ride of course, but which one 851, 888, 748, 916, 996 or maybe even a Panigale?

Yes they are indeed very awesome and all Monsters are designed to evolve. LC is just part of that and I blame Yamaha!. Mostly airheads on here though, lol!

Welcome along from another air cooled fan from just along the coast in LA!
I know it's close but if ever you pop up Whiteways for a cuppa and there's a '97 900 parked up it could be mine!!
