Sargent seat, found it on ebay and bought because as on the 916 it is comfortable and taller than the original but I wasn't keen on the red piping on the Monster seat so I didn't initially fit it. Instead I had a Ducati Performance 'comfort' seat which is much nicer looking, however it was form over function because it's not very comfortable plus I prefer the extra height of the Sargent.
