Thanks pal! Yeah, used Simonz VHT paint. Had a heater on the engine over lunch and heated the can for a few mins before painting. Used a few spray paints but that had to be one of the easiest paints I've used.

WOW! Been a while since I've last updated here! Sorry folks, been busy with bikes, college and work! Anyway, had a few tasks to do for college that involved suspension, brakes and clutch so what better time to do fork seals, brake fluid/test and put on the new Factory Racing clutch slave.

Forks, always have to do the legless picture

Rebuild time

Time to fill with oil

All done...

...but wait! They are too dirty to put on my nice clean bike!! Out comes the wire drill attachment and a short while later

Don't look too bad

Back on the bike they go

May have got carried away and painted the plastic hoop things that hold the mudguard on black because they wouldn't clean up. No pis though

So fast forward a few weeks and look what goodies I've bought!

That back end has always annoyed me, just doesn't look right. Great place to put you coffee though

So bought a Monster Tail chop kit a few weeks before so after swallowing some of my extra brave pills and about 3 trips to B&Q for a suitable saw it begins. I did buy an angle grinder but was a bit of a wimp using it to cut

Wee while later..

Before and after

... still not 100% yet, bike has came a long way from what it was last year. What do my fellow UKMOC members think??

Finished...

[IMG][/IMG]

Time to test it all on the Dyno

Well, that doesn't look good

Max Bhp: 42.49 and running lean oh well, only one thing for it. K&N filter and this...

Anyway while waiting to get time in college to fit, I test painted my seat cowl

Doesn't look to bad for £1 spray paint
