hello from a Monster newbie

Hi all,

Picked up a red 821 a couple of weeks back. My first big bike, been riding a Van Van (and still do) for the last couple of years.

My dream bike has been 696 but was so impressed with my test ride and reviews of 821 so went for that. Well pleased.

Still getting used to my monster so been mainly just riding locally and up/down A3.

Would love to be recommended nice rides not far from Wimbledon.

Cheers!

Hello good evening welcome

We have a regular monthly London UKMOC meet up. As for rides nr Wimbledon I'm sure one of the Surrey/Sussex people will have a few suggestions.

Whitewolf, welcome to the forum.
Glad you're liking the 821. It's a cracking bike.

From where you are you'd be looking at trips out into Surry and East Sussex/ Oxfordshire . I use Google maps on a desktop computer and just see what looks good or twisty and aim for there. It's good to find biker cafe's and head there as a destination and plot point to point. Also look out for the forum regular get togethers. Have fun
