Smile Motorapido

Thought I would mention how quickly Motorapido got cam belts and bearings to me.
When I spotted the scuffing on the front cambelt ,it was 15.30 on friday afternoon.
I realized one of the bearings had seized, got on the phone to Motorapido to order the bits, and resigned myself to not being able to ride the bike till well on into next week.
11.30 Saturday morning the bits arrived, thats to north east Scotland.
I am very impressed,I suppose that first class mail is air-freighted to Aberdeen ,but don't know, maybe overnight by truck who knows ,but 20 hours by post !!!!
As it happened ,didn't ride the bike at all this weekend due to ****e weather again ,but thanks to Motorapido getting the bits off to me very quickly ,I could have.

Yep agree with all the above- Luke is a top man for getting parts out so quickly and when I had to pop down there to pick up some parts they even had my little girls' favourite pink wafer biscuits in the tin so she was happy too.

The only time they don't get bits through my letterbox yesterday, is when they have to come from Italy...Or are simply just not available any more....

I placed an order over the phone with Craig on Friday. He emailed me on Tuesday to say they had arrived and were on the way to me... in Hong Kong.

He even calculated chopping off the VAT. It saved me just over 10 quid going with international postage instead of paying VAT and having delivered to my UK address.

First time dealing with them and they did a top job. Craig even offered advice on a sprocket/chain renewal for my lesserknown M400.

Well done MotoRapido!
