E-Bike Insurance: Heads Up
To those of you who have e-bike insurance (I was 8yrs+) you ought to try and access your account way before your policy is due. The Log-In aspect has been 'temporarily' down for maintenance for over two months now. I was defeated with several barriers before i finally gave up. I refused to follow their 'Premium Rate' telephone route as the only way to engage with them, so shifted my requirements elsewhere. Good Luck..

Not sure I see your problem. I couldn't access the log in recently either but had no need to call a premium rate number to sort my renewal.
The following cut & paste straight off the ebike website: New Business Sales, Renewals, Adjustments & Cancellations 0333 222 4560 – Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm excluding Bank Holidays, Saturday 9pm to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to a 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. |

Thanks for the reply. When i called that number in the 'open' times i got a message saying that they were closed. Also when i tried to send an e-mail, i followed the links on the website and no page would load? Guess i was just unlucky from what you're saying..
